What to expect on your visit
At Alert Level 2 we will be seeing patients for routine care. We will have increased screening procedures and ask that you let us know if:
you have any Covid-19 symptoms
been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19
travelled from overseas in the last 14 days.
If you are unwell, please phone us to reschedule your appointment.
We understand many patients have missed appointments during Alert Levels 3 and 4, and we appreciate your patience as we organise new appointments over the coming weeks.
Patient and staff safety is very important to us and we will continue to maintain the highest level of infection prevention and control standards according to Dental Council and Ministry of Health Guidelines. We are also making changes to ensure social distancing achieves the safest possible outcomes.
