Guidelines for appointments at level 2
At Alert Level 2 we ask that you let us know if:

You have any Covid-19 symptoms

You have been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19

You have travelled from overseas in the last 14 days.
If any of these apply we will need to reschedule your treatment.

We ask that you come on time and alone to your appointment if possible. If you need a support person, please let us know in advance.

If you are a new patient, please complete the on-line form below before your appointment.

Patient and staff safety is very important to us and we will continue to maintain the highest level of infection prevention and control standards according to Dental Council and Ministry of Health Guidelines.
